On other matters, the convention:
• Added gender identity and expression as a protected class for the
discernment process;
• Directed further review of the constitutionality and implementation of the new
Title IV provisions on clergy discipline;
• Reaffirmed the December 2012 deadline of enrollment in the Denominational
Health Plan;
• Created a task force on the study of marriage.
