Flu Vaccinations
We would like to apologise for the error in our
recent mailing which resulted in a large number of
letters being addressed incorrectly. Most letters
appear to have reached the correct destination
but we are sorry for the confusion this has caused.
If you qualify for a free jab but have not yet had
one we have a few doses left. Please make an
appointment as soon as possible.

European Health Insurance
Card - Internet Scam Warning
The European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) is
available free of charge from the NHS. It entitles
you to reduced cost, or sometimes free,
healthcare if you require it during a temporary visit
to member states of the European Economic
Area. We recommend that if you are travelling in
Europe, you should have one in addition to your
travel insurance.
We have become aware that several websites
have been set up which charge a fee of £20-£25
pounds for obtaining the card on your behalf.
Typically these appear top of a search for EHIC
using common search engines. While legal
these sites are providing a service you do not
need as you have to provide them with the same
information that the NHS website requests.
