The growth of OMS Japan , our first field of ministry established 124 years ago , continues to be a testament to God ’ s faithfulness ! He is sending a new wave of missionaries , and the OMS church near Tokyo is attracting young people . A local young person recently accepted Christ , and two international students have begun attending the OMS church . One prayed to receive Christ , and both are now being discipled .
South Korea
Eight new Korean missionaries ( four couples ) completed seven months of training at The Korea Evangelical Holiness Church Missionary Training Center and were commissioned in October 2024 . Pray for these missionaries and their children as they finish preparations , raise support , and begin their ministries in Kenya , Mexico , and Southeast Asia .
Thailand
In February , Mrs . W * heard the Gospel during an outreach . She repented and immediately removed all her idols without anyone telling her to do that — almost unheard of ! We couldn ’ t contact her for nine months for various reasons , but when we finally revisited her , her faith was still strong ! She had even stopped going to the temple . Praise God for his providence and his sovereignty in drawing people to himself .
