The Village Market is set to host Kenya’ s biggest property exhibition scheduled for 28 November to 1 December 2013. The event has a Christmas property shopping festival theme and is the largest targeted lands and property show in Kenya. This comprehensive expo will appeal to high-quality, decisive and targeted buyers who are yearning for the best bargains, which in turn should generate significant sales leads for exhibitors.

Christmas is going to come early for property enthusiasts at The Village Market. The showcase will be a four-day event with great investment opportunities for Kenyans as well as expatriates in this upmarket area and the surrounding catchments. Carefully selected participating exhibitors from Kenya’ s crème de la crème of the property industry will attend as well as financiers with products that include owner-occupier mortgages, construction finance, diaspora mortgages and group skims. All can claim their stake from the more than two thousand, decisive, walk-through visitors at the expo.
The expo offers visitors an opportunity to sample the latest trends and defining styles that make up residential and commercial properties in Kenya. It will be the best opportunity to compare properties offered by Kenya’ s top developers and network with potential business partners.

The Village Market stands in a class of its own as a vibrant and modern shopping, dining, business and entertainment destination serving Gigiri, Runda, Roselyn Estate, Kitusuru, Nyari, Westlands, Muthaiga and Parklands residents.
More than an expo
The Lands and Property Expo is leading in the industry.“ Our main aim is to place business at the core of the four-day event,” says show manager Peter Odawa, adding:“ We are introducing more activities to engage both the exhibitors and visitors in an industry where customers are always demanding more.”
According to Concepts Hub, the event organisers, the market is yearning for an educative and solution oriented event. This prompted the team to carefully introduce activities before, during and after the event that are expected to change the prospectives of as many visitors and exhibitors as possible. This is the beginning of an annual event that will be celebrated by many property enthusiasts at The Village Market. See you at the show!
