I provide informative articles of up to 800 words for companies to use at their leisure. I am confident in offering well-written and appropriate content for various organisations, including an American drug rehabilitation centre. This role has allowed me to extend my writing experience to different audiences and manage my time effectively on top of my studies.

. I am responsible for compiling and editing contributions for the features section. Duties include writing, designing articles using Adobe InDesign, liasing with the editor, conducting interviews and promoting the magazine across social media. Since taking on this role, my organisation, decision-making and leadership skills have all developed as a result of dealing with contributors and PR agents on a day-to-day basis.

In this role I wrote articles about social media and technology for this youth publication based in Eastbourne, Sussex. The role improved my research skills, sense of audience and knowledge of social media for promoting the articles and website.

Having this opportunity enhanced my time management by balancing shows with academic work. I have proved my adaptability by presenting both online and via FM as well as specialist evening shows. Being responsible for social media, Youtube video editing and audience engagement on the station’s most popular show was eye opening in learning how to captivate and keep audiences.

Fight Apathy or Don’t.com - Editor of ‘University Life’ and contributor

. Duties included providing guidance to contributors, locating appropriate images, uploading to Wordpress and promoting the articles and website across social media and universities. Enjoying the writing aspect, I also blogged regularly for Lifestyle and Entertainment sections of the website.

Bournemouth Oceanarium - Marketing Assistant

Duties included surveying customers to aid with improvement of the park, MS Access with promotions figures to gauge success, PR photography for online use, assisting a video shoot, compiling annual passes, competitor and SWOT analysis, updating the blog and brainstorming ideas for future events. I often came into contact with customers with questions and ensured their experience was pleasant.
