STRENGTHS:

Annual Fashion Show - draws attention to the brand on a global scale.

Strong Brand Presence - the brand have over 1000 stores worldwide with their majority in the US and UK.

PINK - by having their sister brand, it enables them to attract a separate type of demographic.

Ambassadors - by using influencers such as Kendall Jenner and Miranda Kerr as 'Angels', it attracts a wider demographic.

WEAKNESSES:

Body Image - Victoria Secret is constantly under scrutiny through the lack of diversity shown through their models.

Plus Size - there is no offering of a plus size range, even though there has been an even bigger demand for this in the market in recent years.

Premium Pricing - even though PINK is aimed at such a younger demographic, it can still be seen at a higher price than what they can afford.
