Plus Size Market - there has been a massive argument regarding how VS have been advertising. All their models are of a smaller size, and this has not gone down well with the plus size market. They have been protesting against Victoria's Secrets ideology of the 'Perfect Body'. In order to keep up with today's consumers wants, this needs to be something they focus on.
Marketing PINK - With PINK being the sister brand of VS, they have a completely different market to aim for. PINK focus should be on the Generation Z, who are the young girls currently attending college, but there isn't much diversity between the two brands when it comes to advertising.
Technology
E-Commerce - this is something Victoria Secret has tried to focus on but hasn't taken off. A larger majority of consumers are now shopping using their smart phone and tablet devices. With Victoria Secret, customers prefer to shop in store regarding lingerie, so it is hard for them to keep up with this movement.
