-I found that regards to stores, especially in the UK, the stores were mainly in the city centres and shopping centres that have a large footfall such as Westfield.

-they offer a large range of product including lingerie, nightwear, swimwear and a range of beauty product.

-they have their sister brand PINK, which makes product aimed for such a different demographic which is the college girl, offering sportswear, more basic styled underwear and beauty products.

-while visiting Victoria Secret stores in Bond Street and Birmingham Bullring, I found the customer service to be quite terrible. I wasn't approached and was not asked if I needed any assistance. However, when visiting a PINK in Westfield White City, I was approached straight away and made aware of all exclusive offers available that day.
