At the event, sponsored by both VHEDC and Ramsey County Workforce Solutions, Moldenhauer and Webb began by sharing statistics about how common workplace violence is, then trained participants on the multi-option response.“ For most people the training they have gone through is a tornado drill where they are taught to shelter in place. So, when there is an active threat they may go back to that training and think they have to go and hide, but that may not be the right thing to do,” said Moldenhauer.
