In addition to a robust theatre season, Lakeshore Players will continue to present numerous events as a part of its Concerts in the Hanifl series. This vibrant series brings unforgettable performances, showcases talented artists and gathers together music lovers of genres – from blues to bluegrass, and classical to classic rock.
Next season, the theatre will expand through community partnerships with other venues to deepen its civic impact and increase access for regional audiences. In 2025, the nationallyrenowned Lightwire Theater presented an accessible family holiday program at
White Bear Lake High School Performing Arts Center. Lakeshore Players Theatre seeks to present new programs for families there again this year.
Finally, Lakeshore Players offers a variety of educational programming for all ages, and will continue to offer its popular summer theatre camps and acting workshops throughout the year for youth.
Working with The Manitou Fund Education and Arts Center and the McNeely Music Center, Lakeshore Players will offer arts enrichment courses and programs for adults, as well, including its casual, educational play reading series Sips‘ n Scripts.
This year, Lakeshore also launched a Stagecraft Apprentice program, a training initiative that provides handson experience in scenic construction, lighting and sound for young professionals.
The mission of Lakeshore Players is to provide entertainment, education and enrichment through the performing arts. The people at Lakeshore Players believe in the value that shared storytelling offers to build bridges and strengthen bonds, and are honored to provide a space to share stories, to laugh and to gather with your community.
