“ The Next Big Thing!” is a six-session career transition and development cohort program for experienced midcareer professionals to come together to explore and develop their next chapter. This intentionally designed smallgroup experience offers a supportive, structured way to explore your options – to clarify your skills, strengths, and values, identify what motivates and energizes you, and translate that insight into realistic next step possibilities.
Guided by skilled facilitators and credentialed practitioners who understand mid-career transitions, the program includes:
