Il Franciacorta Golf Club è situato nel cuore della Franciacorta,
nella provincia di Brescia, sulle colline moreniche ad
un’altezza circa 185 metri s.l.m., a sud del Lago d’Iseo. Il
Circolo, inaugurato nel 1986, sviluppato dal progetto di Pete
Dye e Marco Croze, è cresciuto no a diventare uno splendido
e ben curato percorso. Il campo è caratterizzato da boschi,
laghi e dallo spettacolare panorama offerto dai vigneti della
Franciacorta che lo circondano. Una splendida oasi verde
che vanta un’avifauna degna di un parco naturale. Essendo
posizionato in Franciacorta, famosa per la sua produzione
vinicola a livello alto, e grazie ad una preziosa collaborazione
con le Cantine della Franciacorta ed il Consorzio per la tutela
del Franciacorta, il Franciacorta Golf Club ospita 3 percorsi di
9 buche nominati Brut, Saten e Rosè. I percorsi si snodano
su dolci saliscendi e le buche basse circondano il grande
lago articiale di circa 50.000 metri quadrati. Il par totale dei
percorsi Brut e Saten è di 73 (5.921 mt), ed il terzo percorso
Rosè, del quale è progettista il Dott. Fulvio Bani, ha par 34
(2.593 mt). Le caratteristiche tecniche del Franciacorta Golf
Club sono, a detta di tutti i giocatori sia professionisti che
dilettanti che lo frequentano, di notevole interesse vista la
“personalità” delle singole buche. Grazie al microclima intorno
al Lago d’Iseo il campo è aperto tutto l’anno. Il Franciacorta
Golf Club offre una spaziosa ed attrezzata Club-house con
bar, ristorante, spogliatoio, sala gioco carte, sala TV, oltre
a due piscine esterne con servizi bar e spogliatoio e due
campi da tennis. Si può contare su uno staff professionale ed
efciente, sempre a disposizione a soddisfare le esigenze dei
Soci e degli Ospiti. Per i giocatori sono disponibili un campo
pratica, un chipping green con bunker, un putting green, inoltre
è possibile il noleggio dei golfcart e carelli. I bravi maestri sono
sempre a disposizione per i miglioramenti dello swing ed il
proshop offre l’abbigliamento e tutte le attrezzature necessarie
per il gioco del golf.

The Wine Golf Course!
The Franciacorta Golf Club is situated in the heart of
Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia, on morainic hills at
approximately 185 metres above sea level, south of Lake
Iseo. The Franciacorta Golf Club, inaugurated in 1986 after
having its golf course design rolled out by Pete Dye and
Marco Croze, has over the following years developed into
a beautiful and well-maintained golf course. The course is
characterized by smoothly winding golf holes through small
forests, along the lake and with spectular views over the
valley and the surrounding vineyards of Franciacorta. The
technical characteristics of the course are, by accounts of
all players whether professionals or amateurs frequenting it,
of remarkable interest considering the “personality” of each
single hole. Being located in Franciacorta, famous for its
high-level sparkling wine production, and thanks to a precious
collaboration with the Franciacorta Wine Producers and the
Franciacorta Wine Consortium, the club hosts three 9-hole
courses named Brut, Saten and Rosè. The Championship
Course (Brut and Saten) has par 73 with a length of 5.921
mts, the Rosè course has par 34 and a length of 2.593 mts.
Thanks to the particular micro climate around Lake Iseo the
course is open all year round. The Franciacorta Golf Club
offers a spacious and well-equipped Club House with a bar, a
restaurant, locker-rooms, a bridge room, an outdoor-area with
two swimming-pools and two tennis-courts. Here one can rely
on efcient and cordial staff members, always at disposal to
satisfy the needs and requests of both members and guests.
For players the club offers a driving range, a chipping green
with a practice bunker, a putting green; moreover there’s the
possibility to rent a golf-cart and/or a trolley.
The skillful golf instructors are always at disposal for
improvements of the swing, and entering into the pro-shop
one nds the latest brands of clothing and equipment for the
game of golf.
