Granville Area Chorus Christmas Concert
The Granville Area Chorus will be presenting its Christmas concert on December 20 at 6pm in the South Granville Congregational Church . The concert will be directed by Crystal Everdyke and Kenneth Schenk , and accompanied by Virginia Shedd . The 30-member group will begin the performance with the cantata “ Bethlehem ’ s Child ”. The second half of the concert includes songs based on Italian , French / Canadian , African , and English carols , as well as traditional carols and a few secular favorites . The concert will conclude with an invitation to the audience to join the choir in singing the “ Hallelujah Chorus ” from Handel ’ s Messiah . Refreshments will be served in the Max Baer Fellowship Hall immediately following the concert . Donations are gladly accepted .
Holiday Sing-Along at The Wilburton
Get in the holiday spirit with a sing-along around the grand piano at The Wilburton , December 14 from 4:30pm to 6pm . Letitia Scordino leads the caroling . Karen McEneaney plays the piano . The fun takes place in the beautifully decorated Wilburton mansion , 257 Wilburton drive in Manchester , VT .
