and addiction and all that stuff and not feel
it in my body. I think I talk a little bit faster
when I’m talking about it, but I’m pretty
grounded.
Sherman: So – as you look ahead, what’s
next?
Fosse: I’m defi nitely going the health and
wellness route. I mean, I’ve had my own
struggles with drugs and alcohol. I’ve
been widowed. I’ve raised traumatized
grieving children by myself. I have a lot of
experiences. I have Diabetes Type II, and
I manage it holistically, which is stress re-
duction, nutrition, exercise, and sleep. So,
I’ve been through a lot. And I don’t want
to say “conquered” or “overcome”, because
on a daily basis, it’s still a project. I heard
somebody say something once I could
really identify with, which was, “I don’t
make New Year’s resolutions. Every day, I
make a resolution.” I don’t wait until New
Year’s… It doesn’t work. Every day, I make
a resolution to take care of myself and the
people around me.
