Maple Rosemary Bourbon Sour

2 Oz . Smugglers Notch Bourbon 1 egg white ( 1 oz ) 1 Oz . Rosemary maple simple syrup 2 dashes bitters 1 ⁄ 2 Oz . Lemon juice Simple Syrup- 1.5 cups water 1 cup maple syrup 1 ⁄ 2 cup brown sugar 1 orange ( juice & zest ) 3 sprigs rosemary 2 cloves ( boil & strain )
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker Dry shake ( no ice ) vigorously for about 15 seconds Add ice to shaker , shake another 10 seconds Strain over ice in rocks glass Garnish with orange twist / zest & rosemary

2 Oz . Green Mountain Organics Vanilla Vodka 1 Oz . Pumpkin Puree . 75 Oz . Smugglers Notch Maple Cream liqueur . . 75 Oz . Cinnamon simple syrup
Cinnamon Simple Syrup 2 cups boiling water 2 cups white granulated sugar 4 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
Raw sugar rim on a martini glass Add ice & all ingredients Shake vigorously Strain into glass & garnish with sprinkle of cinnamon sugar
