Fall Fun and Festivity
As the embrace of autumn envelops Vermont , the President Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site will host a series of exciting additional events . On Labor Day Weekend , the 18th annual Plymouth Folk and Blues Festival will invite visitors to bask in the soothing splendor of authentic folk and blues music . The festival will run from Saturday , September 2nd to Sunday , September 3rd , from 2PM to 5PM . Renowned musicians from Vermont and parts beyond will create a captivating soundscape in the hills of Plymouth Notch . As the concerts fill the air with transcendent melodies , visitors are encouraged to honor Calvin Coolidge ’ s philanthropically-minded spirit through supportive donations of non-perishable food items for the Vermont Food Bank . On October 7 , amidst the splendor of fall foliage , the annual Plymouth Notch Antique Apple Fest will grace the historic grounds . The festival promises a wonderful assortment of experiences for visiting guests , from fun and family-friendly hayrides to craft demonstrations and delectable apple tastings and samplings .
