CABOT Dutch Hollow Farm ’ s Overnight French Toast
INGREDIENTS
1 day-old loaf French bread 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup Cabot Butter ( salted or unsalted ) ¼ cup real maple syrup 1 cup milk 8 ounces Cabot Triple Cream Salted Caramel Yogurt or other Triple Cream Yogurt flavor of your choice 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 6 eggs Banana , berries or other fruit for topping ( optional ) Mini chocolate chips for topping

INSTRUCTIONS
CUT French bread into cubes or slices as you prefer and set aside .
MELT butter in medium sauce pan and add brown sugar and maple syrup . Heat on medium until brown sugar is completely dissolved . Pour into 13 ” x 9 ” glass baking dish .
WHISK remaining ingredients together in a large bowl until well mixed .
POUR custard mix over bread until completely covered . Cover dish in plastic wrap and set aside for at least ½ hour .
SET oven to 350 degrees . Remove plastic wrap from dish and bake the French toast for 30 – 40 minutes until the top is golden . Let sit for 5 minutes before serving .
TOP with mini chocolate chips , sliced bananas , berries or other sliced fruit , if desired .
