Greetings from the campus of Jacksonville University, where bold progress continues to be grounded in tradition and guided by purpose.
As we begin a new semester, I am inspired by the success of our inaugural Veridian season. This fall, our community came together across disciplines and schools to celebrate a remarkable breadth of performances, exhibitions, and lectures that embodied the spirit of curiosity and collaboration that defines the Linda Berry Stein College of Arts & Sciences.

As Series Director of the Veridian: Arts & Sciences Event Series, I’ m thrilled to celebrate this vibrant new chapter of creativity, innovation, and interdisciplinary dialogue.
Veridian, named for the deep green hue that symbolizes vitality and renewal, reflects our commitment to growth and transformation. The series builds on the foundation of our legacy events, infused with renewed energy and purpose.
Each event will spotlight visionary thinkers and artists whose work flourishes across disciplines. From immersive exhibitions to dynamic performances and thought-provoking panels, Veridian invites our community to explore, question and create.
This is more than a return. It’ s a reinvention. And like the color that inspired its name, Veridian is meant to spark growth in every participant, patron, and attendee. Thank you for joining us.
