CAPACITY : This is their max capacity , but all allow smaller parties as well .
INDOOR / OUTDOOR : This indicates whether their location enables them to do parties – indoors , outdoors or both .
OUTSIDE CATERING ALLOWED : Some venues offer / require in-house catering . This indicates if you are allowed to bring in outside food and catering .
ALCOHOL : Some venues offer / require in-house bar service . Most require a licensed / insured bar service company if they do not have one onsite . Not all venues allow alcohol , this will indicate that as well .
