Haseltine Estate specializes in outdoor events of up to 200 guests that take place April 1st through October 31st . Ceremonies take place in the valley adjacent to the mansion , with a lush lawn , cobblestone aisle and a large pergola for your perfect ceremony backdrop . Receptions take place beneath the beautifully constructed pergolas , dazzling with chandeliers and drapery . Rental prices range from $ 2,100 to $ 4,550 ( weekend days ). Rentals include ceremony chairs , reception chairs , tables , reception decor , sound systems , bridal / groom suites and tent . Haseltine Estate includes setup , teardown and cleanup with all rentals .
