ONE MILE FIT FUN RUN JULY 13th, 21st 5:30pm Camp Shields Fitness Center The run will include seven fitness stations. #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 - Sandbag Carries - participants are to run 3 laps up the stairs and down the hill before moving on in the run - Lunges - participants will perform walking lunges in a circle 1 lap around the parking lot - 5 Pullups (dead hang) 5 Dips 15 Hanging Knees to chest - participants will utilize the pull up bars and dip station on the route - Broad Jump Burpees in the basketball court - participants will perform broad jump burpee from cone to cone 1 lap - Gasser - in the big empty parking lot participants will perform the following sequence of exercises, again marked by cones, LATERAL SHUFFLE LEFT SIDE - LATERAL SHUFFLE RIGHT SIDE - BACKPEDAL - SPRINT. Participants will perform one of each of the aforementioned exercises totaling four laps from cone to cone. #6 - 30 Push ups (full extension) - participants will perform push ups either on the road or off to the side in the grass. #7 - Pull ups on the TRX pad - Male 15 reps/Female 5-10 reps - the male participants must perform dead hang pull ups; the female participants have the option to perform jumping pull ups Contact Info: Call 632-5091 for more information Follow us @navymwrokinawa
