be transferred to DoD child development and youth programs

Eligibility Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to speak, read and write English
• Good mental and physical health
• Must pass a comprehensive background
check (including family members)
• Have $500,000 home liability insurance
• Current immunization and pet health
certifi cate (if applicable)
• Complete an orientation program prior
to licensing
• Fulfi ll on-going training requirements
