Taxes
Any taxes or other governmental charge upon production, sale, transportation, storage, or shipment of
the product imposed by federal, state, municipal, or other authorities shall be added to the price and
must be paid by Distributor, regardless of whether said tax or charge is included on the initial invoice to
Distributor. Tax Exemption Certificates for states into which the product is being shipped must be filed

with Plastpro, otherwise, all local taxes of the state into which the product is shipped will be charged.
Any taxes applied will be shown on the invoice.
Returned Materials
Prior written authorization by Plastpro is required for returned goods. Products which have been installed
or reworked for any reason may not be returned. Special orders are not subject to cancellation or return
once purchasing or production has begun. Products which are approved for return at customer’s request
are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% and freight costs both ways for the returned material will
be charged to the account of the Distributor.
Claims
Plastpro shall be responsible to handle the settlement of the Distributor’s claims only if such claims
have been submitted in writing to Plastpro for prior investigation and determination of settlement.
Every claim shall be deemed waived unless in writing and received by Plastpro within thirty (30) days
of the date the defect was discovered. Plastpro will not honor any claims that are determined to be a
result of improper installation. Plastpro does not warrant its product to meet any specific state or local
building code, and cannot and will not be held liable in any way for damages resulting from failure of
the Distributor or Distributor’s customer to comply with state or local building codes. Plastpro shall
have no obligation to honor any settlement made by Distributor with his customer without prior written
consent of Plastpro. Distributor shall make some determination as to the qualifications of the installer,
and to provide such installer with a copy of the installation guide provided by Plastpro.
Debit Memos
Debit Memos must be sent to Plastpro’s Credit Department for all deductions taken. Items which
are deducted without proper documentation will be charged back immediately, including all payment
deductions.
