Mission:
The mission of Veg Table Recipe Journal is to bring seasonal
produce to the forefront of family meals. By sharing our whole
foods, vegetarian based recipes, we hope to inspire home cooks,
vegetarian and flexitarian alike, to incorporate local, seasonal
produce into their everyday lives. We strive to inspire through
food, and food alone; no propaganda, no lecturing. Our recipes
span the globe in flavors, and can range in dietary preferences
from totally raw, to lacto-ovo vegetarian, to vegan. With six
recipe packed issues a year, Veg Table Recipe Journal offers
endless possibilities and ideas in how to make delicious,
healthy, seasonal foods a lifestyle choice.
