Welcome
Hello, and welcome, to the first ever issue of Veg
Table Recipe Journal! Why “Recipe Journal” instead of magazine you may ask? Well, because
that’s exactly what we are; a digital publication full
of recipes. Receiving Veg Table in your in-box is
like receiving a mini cook book every two months,
packed full of recipes that are completely inspired,
dedicated, and centered around seasonal produce.
Veg Table is about whole, seasonal food, and that
alone, so you won’t find much talk, just a whole
bunch of great recipes. It has been a year long journey to launch day of this issue, so having it go public is quite exciting. Please take a moment to like us
on Facebook so your always up to date on Veg Table
happenings. As this year progresses, so will each
issue, with more recipes and additional features. For
example, coming in May will be “The Kids Corner”,
which will be dedicated to recipes that help children not only participate in the kitchen, but teach
them to make healthful food choices. Within a year
we also plan to start offering interactivity such as
video and audio. We hope you enjoy our first issue,
and continue to come back for more.
