now?
Get all the skills you can.Volunteer your time where you can and always be
willing to learn. The money will follow.

Describe your funniest moment in class as a lecturer
I was completing a past paper with a group of students and the past paper
entailed multiple choice questions. We had reached multiple choice question
number seven when one of my students piped up and announced that she now
understood that when completing these types of questions that she only needs
to choose one answer.
What is your fondest VC memory?
Every year I am able to see my students graduate, which makes me very proud
and fills my heart with joy.
Lindo Madonsela
What advice would you give your students for their future?
Always work hard, it never goes unnoticed.
What do you wish you knew when you graduated that you know
now?
Never underestimate what you are capable of doing.
My students when they are all dressed up for their WIL presentations looking
like a million bucks.
Jan Snyman
What advice would you give your students for their future?
Work hard and delight your employer, meaning, when asked to do something,
give them double what you were asked to do. Secondly, stay out of company
politics!
What is your fondest VC memory?
When I try to explain a difficult concept, and there is total silence and good
concentration by all present.
Jenna Ramnarain
What advice would you give your students for their future?
Hard work has never killed anyone…so always give 100% of yourself and never
stop chasing the dream…whatever that dream may be.
What do you wish you knew when you graduated that you know
now?
I wish I knew that it would all work out in the end. While the big wide world
seems daunting and slightly terrifying, you will end up exactly where you are
supposed to be.
