ASK A COUNCIL MEMBER SUCCESS WITH DEVICE-AS-A-SERVICE Q: There seems to be a lot of industry hype around Device-as-a- Service. Are you seeing any success in this model, and if so, how are you taking it to market? A: We’re actually having a lot of success, and I think this will be a rapidly growing market for us. We’ve been bundling hardware with Microsoft 365 and our managed services to offer clients a fixed monthly cost per user. We’ve been financing the smaller deals and working with SYNNEX Financial Services on the larger opportunities. Our clients love it because it gives them cost certainty. We love it because it ties us long-term to the customer and gives us a predictable revenue stream. We’ve also found that our hardware margins have increased as the component costs becomes less of a factor in the overall bundled solution price. Adam Sprague CEO, BrunNet Inc.
