It is the most delicate types of Darjeeling teas and is rated the highest . The leaves are dried in sun and hand rolled . There are no other steps of processing . The leaves are kept in their original organic form and it is generally pale golden in color . There is a hint of natural sweetness and since it is light in weight , one need to add more leaves than other varieties .
