Darjeeling Oolong
It is also known as semi-fermented tea and is quite similar to the traditional Chinese tea. Technically, this tea comes in between the black and green tea. Darjeeling Oolong is semi-oxidized and hard withered. Generally, two variants of this tea are produced in Darjeeling- China and Clonal. They are grown at a higher altitude in a cool environment. The grades of Darjeeling Oolong depend on the amount of oxidation. While the first flush is light orange, the second flush is darker orange with a fruity aroma. The second flush has more demand than the first and it is advisable to keep water below the boiling point while preparing a cup of Oolong tea.
