Welcome to the third anniversary
issue of Vapouround!
Who can believe this crazy ride has been going
on for three years? As the industry has grown
so rapidly, Vapouround has grown in size and
capability. This year in particular has been
huge for us.
In case you haven’t heard, we launched a
new magazine, Vapouround Canada, in June
at Canada’s Vape Expo in Toronto. You can
check out the preview issue on the website,
VapouroundCanada.com, and issue one will
be out mid-August.
The Canadian vape community is going
through something we here in Europe are all
too familiar with, regulation, as the Tobacco
and Vaping Products Act (TVPA) has been
introduced to Canadians a year after the TPD
came into full effect here.

Vapouround is going to be at the forefront
of every announcement, news update and
research study that could have an impact on
vapers and the industry in North America. Now
that Health Canada has publicly recognised
vaping as a less harmful alternative to smoking,
the sky is the limit for Canadian smokers who
want to quit for good.
That’s not all we have to announce. Closer to
home we are launching Vapouround Spain,
with the first issue due in September. We’ve
teamed up with a great group of people in
Madrid and we can’t wait to work with them to
bring a new, top-class vape trade publication to
the Spanish industry.
We’ve also partnered with Vape Konex, the
world’s most exclusive trade show. This invite-
only event will take place on September 15 on
board the luxurious ‘Silver Sturgeon’ as the
who’s who of the industry talks business while
cruising the Thames. All of the information is
inside this issue and if you think you should be
on board with this extraordinary event, get in
touch with us.
Finally, I’d like to thank everyone who has
supported the magazine since issue one
came out in August 2015. It’s been one hell
of a journey so far, and we have no plans
to slow down anytime soon. We’re used
to giving out accolades at the Vapouround
Awards, but we recently picked up a couple
of awards ourselves at the 2018 AI Business
Excellence Awards. Vapouround was named
Best B2B Vape Magazine and Up and Coming
Vape Brand of the Year 2018. We love what
we do, and we’re honoured to have been
acknowledged like this, so thank you.
In the next issue we’ll be gearing up for
October’s Vaper Expo UK as we return to the
show as exclusive media partners.
