A simple peach bubblegum blend. Candy peach is the dominant
flavour here. It’s reminiscent of gummy candy style peach but does
have some hints of the earthiness you would expect from a more
natural portrayal, which makes for a more interesting top note. This
is complemented by a mild candy bubblegum base which should be
familiar to vapers who have tried other bubblegum profi les. The mix is
fi nished with a light coolant which doesn’t interfere with the balance
of flavours but does a good job of cutting through the sweetness. A
simple but nicely balanced candy blend. A blend of pineapple, berries and bubblegum. Candy pineapple takes
the lead here. It’s bright and quite sweet but has a good helping of
sharpness, which makes it unlike most candy pineapple offerings.
This is complemented by the softer sweetness of a berry medley,
which is low in the mix but still adds some depth to the pineapple. The
bubblegum base is very mild here but does add more to the sweet
shop connotation without making the profi le overbearing. The blend
is fi nished with a subtle coolant, keeping things fresh. An unusual but
enjoyable candy mix.

Whenever a Malaysian style grape e-liquid makes its way to me I get
excited, because historically the Malaysian flavourings of this type
are great. This one is no exception. Grape is the star of the show. It’s
quite heavy, almost syrup-like, with an unmistakable deep sweetness
of grape hard candy. This is complemented by a bolder bubblegum
base, which works well in this context to provide a fruit medley
connotation. The mix is fi nished with a light dose of coolant and the
result is a refreshing grape candy profi le that can easily be vaped all
day, if you’re a fan of sweeter e-liquids. Strawberry is certainly the top note in this blend but it’s more mild
than some of the other fruits offered in the Bubblegum Queen range.
It’s a candied portrayal and is mostly notable for its tartness, rather
than anything else. The bubblegum base is much more apparent here
and it’s a good replication of the mixed fruit bubblegum often found
in sweet shops. I would have liked to have seen more defi ned fruit
flavours here but perhaps the idea was to keep things simple. The
mix is fi nished with a light coolant, resulting in a pleasant if slightly
safe candy profi le.
Bubblegum Queen – Watermelon

Watermelon has always been popular in vaping but can be diffi cult
to balance, since many of the flavourings are either mild or carry
substantial off-notes. In this case, Cloudy O Funky have done a good
job because this is a bright and bold candy watermelon, without any
of the undesirable perfume aftertaste which is found all too often
in such profi les. The bubblegum base is very mild here but does
prevent the flavour from becoming too one dimensional. In any case,
it doesn’t need to be stronger since that watermelon is doing the leg
work. The mix is fi nished with a light coolant, which doesn’t get in the
way of things. A simple but moreish candy profi le.
