The cookie element is rich and complex in equal measure. There are
light notes of bakery cinnamon, along with a mild nuttiness and some
heavier butter and cookie dough notes. This is supported by a dense
vanilla cream base which adds volume and substantial mouthfeel
to the profi le. The cream element also works well to prevent any of
the dryness that is often associated with cinnamon and other bakery
notes. A fantastic cookies and cream blend. Sweet baked lemon is the top note here but unlike many other blends
of this nature, it doesn’t completely dominate the mix. This is a more
reserved lemon curd, and while bright, it’s perfectly balanced. It
gives way to a moderate vanilla cream base which adds volume and
sweetness without muting the lemon notes. The mix is fi nished with
a mild bakery layer that is reminiscent of meringue. One of the very
best lemon dessert profi les available today.
Slushy Queen – Indigo Flow

This is billed as a mix of dark berries, blackcurrant, grape and ice. The prominent candy grape is dark and syrupy, not unlike the American-style
concord grape. This note is complemented by a medley of forest fruits, with notes of blueberry, blackberry and even a mild strawberry present. A
light blackcurrant accent fi nishes the fruit mix off and they work well together to give the grape top note depth. A moderate coolant runs through
this well-balanced dark fruit profi le.
Just Jam – Berry Shortbread Cookie

I’ll admit it. I’m one of the many vapers who is obsessed with the Just Jam range. At this point it’s an extensive one but we haven’t seen any new
additions in some time. Berry Shortbread Cookie is The Ace of Vapez seasonal offering, so is it worthy of the Just Jam name? The dominant
flavour here is an intense berry medley. This is more akin to the baked fi lling found in confectionary, rather than a traditional jam and I’m picking
up notes of strawberry, raspberry, cranberry and perhaps even blueberry here. There’s a good balance of sweetness, florals and texture which
makes for a very convincing fruit compote style flavour. This is complemented by a rich, buttery biscuit base which adds a slight savoury
dimension to the profi le, along with more depth. Berry Shortbread Cookie is a well balanced, if slightly heavy, dessert vape that I can see myself
coming back to for a long time.
