The Vapouround Bus Takes To The
Road After A Successful Vaper
Expo Debut in Birmingham
Our eye-catching Vapouround
double-decker bus made its
debut appearance at Vaper
Expo - The Return.
We parked it close to the main entrance
with a patio area in front where where
people could relax and pose for pictures.
The colourful bus - wrapped in the logos
of some of the biggest names in the
industry - was a magnet for the selfieloving crowd and was one of the stands
that got everyone talking.
With a team of 27 people at the show, it
also worked well as a meeting point for
Vapouround staff as we coordinated the
weekend’s activities.
Downstairs was a comfortable relaxation
zone for clients to meet and chat over a
glass of bubbly while upstairs was our
vape deck where we had a range of cool
e-liquids for people to sample.
Disco lights and music added to the
atmosphere on board, making this one

bus that nobody wanted to miss.
Now that the show is over, the bus is
embarking on a tour of the UK where it
will stop at major towns and cities to get
the vaping message across to the public.
We want to educate smokers that
vaping is a much healthier alternative
and answer their questions about
e-cigarettes, e-liquids and all things
vape-related.
While we as a company are in favour
of regulation in the industry (as long
as it is fair and proportionate) we are
saddened that the EU-wide Tobacco
Products Directive (TPD) virtually bans
all advertising for vaping products.
The massive downside to this is that
it will prevent many smokers from
realising that there is an alternative out
there which will undoubtedly lead to
many people unnecessarily dying from
smoking-related diseases.
Buses are exempt from the noadvertising rule so we are free to take
the bus throughout the UK where we
hope to reach as many smokers as we
possibly can.
While a lot of former smokers have
discovered vaping and have experienced
the benefits of switching to e-cigarettes,
far too many have not.
There is still a lot of misinformation about
vaping out there which is preventing
many smokers from giving e-cigarettes
a try and we want to help redress the
balance in this area.
Every day we hear stories of people
who have been able to give up smoking
thanks to e-cigarettes and their only
regret is that they had not discovered
vaping sooner.
