Why has YOU GOT E-JUICE been so successful in such a short period of time? Jimmy: It’s the quality. We care. We’ve been running small businesses since we were 15 years old. We have a long history of taking care of the customer. It’s customer service, customer service, customer service. We use the highest quality Nic-Select nicotine available and have built relationships with the industry’s top flavoring vendors such as Capella, Flavor Apprentice, Flavourwest and others. It’s not cheap to make. We could sell the juice for a whole lot more money and make a higher profit. But we’d rather keep our juice at a price point that’s affordable for everyone. Dan: We believe in total transparency. All our e-liquid is laboratory tested and we post the results on our website. We don’t cut corners with lower grade ingredients. We have customers from all over the world that come to our website and purchase our ejuice, not just because of price, but because of our quality and service. The customer reviews on our website speak volumes Are your e-liquids also available for wholesale? Jimmy: Yes, we have a number of wholesale accounts in the U.S. and around the world as well as distributors, our largest being La Cig’arrete in Paris, France. We also sell bulk quantities to retail shops globally. How do you come up with new flavors? Dan: We just don’t come up with a new flavor and put it on our site. We base our flavors on feedback from our customers through social media emails and phone calls, so we give them what they want, not what we want. The process can take two or three months to come up with a final flavor so we are continually developing new ones. We plan on releasing one or two flavors every other week based on customer feedback. What are your top sellers, and why? Dan: Strawberry Cheesecake, Strawberry Custard, and Sugar Cookie are our top sellers. The why might have something to do with the strawberry or the custard or the cookie. You’ll have to try it for yourself. YouTube sensation Tia Vapes is among the top reviewers in the vaping world. She sampled so many of your flavors, that she had to produce three YouTube videos to do it. Most companies just get one review out of Tia. What does this tell you? Dan: It means that we are producing high-quality products. We are setting a standard that is unmatchable. We actively pursued Tia Vapes for our first review which went very well. It is her fan base that wanted more reviews, and she delivered . There has been some concern in the industry about California classifying vaping with tobacco products. Your thoughts? Jimmy: We are not opposed to regulation but the big battle in our industry is that the state wants to classify our industry with tobacco products. We need our own regulation. It is the only equitable solution for the consumer and the industry. Dan: We’re preparing ourselves for whatever comes down the pike. Currently, the legislation is written very ambiguously and we’re not sure what the final impact will be. We want our customers to know that we will do whatever it takes to maintain operations and provide the quality products they demand. We’re willing to relocate the business outside of California if need be. As owners what’s next for YOU GOT E-JUICE? Jimmy: Continuing to help others because, in the end, that’s really what it’s all about. We learned in life that when you take the time to help others, things just naturally fall into place. We believe this is the best formula for our customer’s satisfaction and our success.
