about them , almost like the two-year break from expos was much needed for everyone .
From the vaping perspective there were a few negatives to report .
Firstly , the TPE stands for Tobacco Plus Expo . As the name suggests , this is an expo dedicated to tobacco products in the widest possible sense of the word .
As well as vaping products there were cigarettes , cigars , CBD , kratom , pre-rolls and all the associated things connected to these products .
So , the first major negative for me was that vape and tobacco were in the same expo …
but once you get over that , the next major negative was the smell .
There was a pungent smell of cigar and cigarette smoke which , combined with vape and pre-rolls , could get very overpowering for people who don ’ t smoke .
In previous years the vape booths had their own section in the expo , but this year they seemed to be scattered around the entire expo , which I thought didn ’ t really work as well from a vape perspective .
Overall , the TPE delivers exactly what it promises to do . It is a very professionally run , large expo that attracts buyers and companies from across the globe .
The organisers know what they are doing and very rarely do you hear any complaints from anyone .
The footfall was good and companies tell me that they always do good business at TPE .
From an exhibitor point of view , it is definitely one that should be on your radar .
If you ’ re an avid vaper or someone who has switched from cigarettes to vape , I ’ m not sure that this is the show for you because of the massive tobacco influence at this expo .
