Our mission has always been to promote the lifesaving technology of vaping and launching in the United States , Germany , China , Thailand , Malaysia , Indonesia and the Middle East , will help us further that goal . ARE THESE JUST ‘ EMPTY PROMISES ’?
Marlboro cigarettes could disappear from the UK market in the next decade , says tobacco giant Philip Morris . The company - which accounts for one-in-ten cigarettes sold globally – said it wants to ‘ leave smoking behind ’. However , critics say that ‘ fine words ’ aren ’ t enough to end the smoking epidemic . Cancer Research UK ’ s Michelle Mitchell said : “ We ’ ve heard these empty promises before . We ’ re concerned this move is part of an attempt by Big Tobacco to position itself as part of the solution to a smoke-free UK , while continuing to promote and sell lethal cigarettes .”

We ’ ve just wrapped up our biggest and boldest Vape Live event to date , which took place from August 11 to 13 . And as our fourth virtual expo , we had to take things further than ever before , even inviting consumers to join us in some wacky on-screen gameshows . We also launched our inaugural inter-departmental Vapouround Cup , pitting staff members against each other in a series of extreme challenges . TELL EURO-WN VAPING STORY
The World Vapers ’ Alliance is taking its electric pink ‘ vape bus ’ on a two-month tour across Europe . It will visit Spain , France , Germany , Poland , Belgium , Switzerland and the UK as part of the ‘ Back Vaping , Beat Smoking ’ campaign – gathering vapers ’ stories along the way . WVA Director Michael Landl said : “ We can only make real change if we are united as vapers , to spread the message to Back Vaping , Beat Smoking and save 19 million European lives .”
STOP YOUTH VAPING – BAN FRIENDS
According to the Centers for Disease Control the number one source of e-cigarettes among US high school students is … their friends ( 57 percent ). This is followed by gas stations and convenience stores ( 22 percent ) and vape shops ( 17.5 percent ). Neurobiologist and reduced risk advocate Dr Charles A . Gardner asked : “ Just three percent of teens get e-cigarettes through online sales , so why did the Federal government just ban mail shipment ? This just hurts adults .”
FIRST ON THE PITCH
French sporting giant Paris Saint-Germain has teamed up with Geekvape in a first of its kind partnership . The year-long deal runs through the 2020 / 21 season and will include TV campaigns and co-branded merchandise . Geekvape CEO Allen Yang said : “ This partnership is an essential step in our strategic upgrade and will attract more users to feel the positive energy brought by football .” Marc Armstrong , PSG ’ s chief partnerships officer , added : “ Geekvape is an innovative Chinese brand … we are looking forward to working together to develop creative campaigns .”
