From first glance the VOOM Pro starter kit is reminiscent of cutting-edge Apple-like tech , with both the main device and included charging case sporting a sleek , contoured design . Even the packaging carried that high-end aesthetic , using a simple white and gold colour palette to decorate the durable , secure cardboard casing – this is a detail I really appreciate as it shows the brand cares about every aspect of the products it sells . Unlike some other products on the market , the VOOM Pro device and charger case are nicely sized , using an ergonomic design to fit perfectly in the palm of your hand . However , don ’ t be fooled by the delicate body of the device , as its crafted with highly-resistant , long-lasting materials – perfect for those clumsier users . This device is a closed pod system and is compatible with a wide range of flavoured pods . Some of the flavours included are : Ice Watermelon , Shisha Double Apple and Ice Strawberry . It also uses the convenient ‘ click & go ’ style approach , allowing you pop in the flavour pods and get straight to vaping - which makes the kit a great option for novice vapers who don ’ t know there way around a device . For those more experienced users , there are also refillable pods available , so you can continue vaping your favourite e-liquids . For me , being able to use my own e-liquids alongside the ones provided was a real bonus . Plus , for that extra piece of mind , the convenient case allows you to fully recharge your device in just 45-minutes , with one charge lasting an estimated three days ( or one day of heavy usage ). The charge-on-the-go style case features a 1200mAh battery , which can support up to four full-charges of the device . I fell in love with the VOOM Pro from the moment I first used it , a fondness that has only grown over the time . Even after heavy daily use , my device is still alive and kicking , far outliving some of the other pod systems I ’ ve tried . It draws wonderfully and I would recommend it to anyone making the move across from cigarettes . Even hardened mouth-to-lung vapers should be able to mix this in with their usual roster of products . The slightly metallic , smooth matte finish made it easy to fit in with my aesthetic , until it almost became an accessory as well as a high-end , smoking cessation tool . The whole experience for me was positive and I highly recommend it – I will certainly be keeping one of these handy in the future .
