Well executed fruit coolant mixes are often
great as all day vapes, so does this offering
from Just Juice fit the bill? Candy kiwi
is the top note here. It brings plenty of sticky
sweetness to the mix, along with some milder
tartness. Unlike more natural renditions of
the fruit, there isn’t much deep earthiness
here, but this doesn’t detract from the mix
at all. This top note is paired with a subtle
cranberry accent. Cranberry always seems
to be mild when it comes to vaping and
the same is true here. It mostly accentuates
the tart kiwi notes but also provides some
darker berry sweetness. The blend is
finished with a moderate coolant, resulting
in a fresh fruit profile that’s as moreish as
it is simple. A slightly more exotic fruit mix from the Just
Juice lineup. Whilst simple, this is quite
ambitious since mango and passionfruit
are both notoriously difficult to get right
and can carry some potent off notes
when improperly balanced. The mango
dominates this blend for me. It’s bright
and pungent, bringing a vivid sweetness
to the profile that coats the palate. The
passionfruit is slightly more reserved but still
very present. It’s more akin to a beverage
than a natural fruit but it absolutely nails
that profile, providing an exotic sweetness
that pairs wonderfully with the mango top
notes. There also appears to be a very subtle
coolant in the mix, it’s not that noticeable
but does ensure the mix doesn’t become
cloying. A fantastic tropical blend. Berry coolant blends have always been
popular in the UK and there are countless
versions to choose from, so is this Just
Juice offering worth your time? This is quite
different from the standard fare in that it’s
much more blueberry forward than some
of its peers. It’s certainly a sweet blueberry,
but it still has a substantial helping of floral
notes that make the blend feel much truer
to life. There are also some other berries
in the mix working as accents, but they
are dominated by the blueberry which is
the real star of the show here. There’s a
moderate coolant on the finish and that
works nicely to keep things light and stop
the potent blueberry from outstaying it’s
welcome. A stand out blueberry vape.

The simplest of the Just Juice range.
Lemonade mixes often come across as more
of a candy lemon than anything else, so is it
a different story here? This is unmistakably a
lemon blend, but it has some heavy medicinal
notes that you would certainly not expect from
a lemonade. There is some sticky sweetness
here, but it’s more akin to a lemon cough
sweet than a refreshing beverage. If you’re a
fan of medicinal lemon, this could be a great
option, but unfortunately it does not scratch
that lemonade itch for me. Another tropical blend from the Just Juice
team. Guava is definitely the dominant
flavour here. It straddles the line nicely
between natural and candied and this is
ideal for vaping. The guava provides the
profile with a thick, sweet body but still
retains traces of the deeper earthy notes
that are found in the real fruit. The blood
orange and citrus elements are playing
more of a supportive role. On its own, that
potent guava runs the risk of becoming
overly sweet, but the blood orange cuts
through with some sharper notes as well
as a juicy texture, which keeps things
fresh. A simple but well executed fruit mix. It seems you can’t launch a new fruit line
without including your own spin on the
blue raspberry profile. Every company
takes a different approach to this rather
mysterious flavour, so how does Just Juice’s
version measure up? In a similar vein
to Berry Burst, this is quite a blueberry
forward blue raspberry mix. It has some
of the same floral potency, albeit turned
down a notch or too. This is paired with
a bright candy raspberry which should be
very familiar to any blue raspberry fan.
This combination of berries does result in
a rather sweet vape, but this should be
expected from a candy profile. A unique
take on blue raspberry that’s worth a shot
if you’re into candy fruit mixes.
