The Luxe Nano by Vaporesso is a great intermediate device, for any vaper
coming from a small pod system or starter kit looking to upgrade. The small
formfactor combined with the built-in 2,000 mAh battery makes for a handy
little vape with a kick. Using the SKRR-I tank included in the kit, you can have
great flavour, longevity and battery life in a pocketable form.
Vaporesso have a good track record of well-designed devices and this is no
exception. The device we tested is the rainbow edition however all variations
share the same stylistic points. Both sides of the device are shiny and smooth
to the touch, the smooth front hides the light-up capacitive controls giving the device a
quality feel. The quality is re-enforced with the use of a metal surround along
the sides and bottom which gives the device an overall solid feel.
The device has a good amount of functionality as you’d expect from an intermediate
device, this includes: temperature control, wattage control and memory mode.
This little device packs a punch in the power output area, with a maximum of
80W. The device can power most RDAs and tanks – combined with a firing
rate of 0.001 seconds – there’s little to no heating time depending on the coil
installed. Charging at two amps, this device charges quickly with the on-board
chip regulating input.

The included SKRR-I tank is a recently new addition to the Vaporesso hardware
line up. The tank is small and has a flat glass in the TPD version. The non-TPD
version for readers outside of the EU includes a bubble glass for up to 3.5ml.
The coils produced for this tank are slightly different to the regular ones you’d
expect with a mesh coil and re-designed airflow system, which points the air
directly at the coil you can produce a large amount of vapour with great flavour on
a reasonably low wattage. The tank has the standard top-fill system revealed
by unscrewing the top section attached to the mouth piece.
Included in the box is the device as expected, along with the SKRR-I tank
already connected to the device. The box also contains a spare mesh coil to
keep you going, a spare glass in-case you’re the clumsy type, a selection of
multicoloured ‘O’ rings for spares or to alter the appearance of your tank, and
the mandatory paperwork.
Overall, this device is not only well-built with a solid structure, it is also aesthetically
pleasing. With its smooth look and feel it can only feel sleek in the hand. In-addition
to this the Luxe Nano device is not without substance, packing a punch in the
power department and including a range of functionality. This is certainly a
device to recommend to the intermediate vaper or a vaper heavily influenced
by style.
