Evolved Vaper describe Arctic Breeze as a
lemon Granita with an icy finish. This is a
traditional Sicilian iced beverage, which
makes for a fairly simple profile. The team at
Evolved Vaper have totally nailed it here. The
lemon is pronounced and very authentic. It
carries sharpness of the zest, and some
very bright top notes, along with a good
helping of sweetness. Essentially, this
comes across as a very well put together
home-style lemonade profile, but then we
get to the icy finish. This is an extreme
cooling that will not be for the faint of
heart, but certainly lives up to its name. I
personally very much enjoyed the coolant
here, as it makes for a very refreshing
vape, but can see it being slightly too much
for some people. Billed as a blue raspberry and lime mix
with a cooling finish, Frost Bite is another
simple fruit/ice blend from Evolved Vaper.
The blue raspberry top note is present, but
by no means dominates the mix. It lends
a good amount of candy sweetness to
the profile and a somewhat sticky mouth-
feel. This is contrasted with a more potent
candy lime that really makes the blend
pop. The lime has a slight tartness, but
nothing approaching that found in a more
natural portrayal. Instead, it mostly brings
a bright sweetness to the mix and plays off
the more subdued raspberry notes nicely.
Frost Bite is unsurprisingly finished with an
extremely cool finish, which keeps things
light and refreshing. Fans of Malaysian-
style juice are likely to love this. Evolved Vaper describe Brain Freeze
as an ice-cold grape drink. True to its
description, this is not a natural portrayal
of the fruit, but rather a sweeter, candied
variant. It’s not dissimilar to the ever popular
Concord style grape, but this seems a little
darker, with some added depth and avoids
becoming overly sweet as some US Concord
profiles are. It has a sticky, almost syrup-like
connotation, but not in a negative way at all.
It seems as though there may be a dark
berry accent in the mix too, but it’s difficult
to say for sure, since this grape top note
is quite unlike others I’ve tried in the past.
Like the other products in the Blizzard
range, Brain Freeze is finished off with a
potent cooling effect, which totally resets
the palate. A simple but very enjoyable
fruit/ice mix.
Lizzard Bite

Lizzard Bite is described as lychee lemonade
with a cooling finish. Lychee can be a difficult
profile to tackle, since it easily becomes overly
floral if improperly balanced. The Evolved
Vaper team once again display solid mixing
ability here, with a vibrant lychee top note that
completely avoids any unwanted perfume
after-taste. It’s both exotic and juicy, and
you’d be hard pressed to find many other
e-liquids that capture this flavour so well.
The lychee is accented by a light lemonade
note, which enhances the tart notes already
present, whilst giving a boost to the overall
sweetness of the profile. Lizzard Bite is
finished off with another helping of extreme
coolant, making for a nicely balanced fruit
profile that should be perfect for vapers
who enjoy a super cold hit.
