The vape industry has done a fairly good job of regulating itself considering how young the industry is, except for the abundance of brands that are saturating the industry with labels, which could be child-friendly. There is an attitude taken by industry professionals that when being asked to rebrand, they see it as a sign of disrespect. They are insulted and in some cases feel harassed. They feel targeted since they are literally being called out and pointed to as being irresponsible. So for any brands out there that have refused to rebrand their products when asked in the respective manner by a group of very serious advocates, perhaps it's time to reconsider. If you were asked to rebrand then this means you have an opportunity to help preserve the industry because removing child-friendly imagery will also remove much of the ammunition used by regulators who accuse the industry of deliberately targeting children.
