Welcome to summer – and the busiest
time on our calendar.
Since our April issue, the Vapouround team
has attended expos in China, Germany,
Italy, Colombia, London and of course the
Vaper Expo UK in May, for which we were
the exclusive media partner. In the coming
weeks, we’ll be covering just as many events
around the world.
I’d like to thank those of you who sponsored
and attended the third annual Vapouround
Awards on B2B day of the Vaper Expo UK.
What a night! It was wonderful to meet you
all and I hope you had the chance to network
and benefit from being among the leading
names in this electric industry.
I’d also like to say thank you to everyone who
donated in our charity raffle on awards night.
This year’s chosen charity was MIND – the
mental health charity, and together we raised
over £2,000 on the night, so again, thank
you. Smoking is the single biggest cause of
inequality of life expectancy for people with
mental health conditions (NICE & Royal
College of Psychiatrists) and we hope that
our donation can help someone with poor
mental health make a positive change in
their life.
With the awards over, our focus moves to
new and exciting developments. In August
we’ll celebrate our third anniversary as
a magazine. Who can believe it’s been
three years since we debuted Vapouround
Magazine? We’ve done a lot in three short
years and we hope to keep going at that pace
for many, many more.
In this issue, we’ll look at the new and
exclusive Vapouround Club we’re launching
in July. Do you have a vape shop? This
membership is ideal for vape shop staff and
it will provide subscribers with new products,
product previews, exclusive offers and
discounts and the latest industry news which
our team get to the heart of each day.
We’re also gearing up to embark on a five-
month tour of the UK with the Vapouround
Bus, so you can be sure to see us in a town
near you soon.
Last but by no means least, I am proud to
announce the launch of Vapouround Canada
– Canada’s first vape trade print magazine.
This is a development we have been working
on for a long time and where better to preview
this new publication than at Canada’s Vape
Expo in Toronto, June 22-24.
This issue is overflowing with the highlights
of the Vaper Expo UK, plus an exclusive
interview with the man behind UNRULY
E-liquids, Professor Green, so dig in!
