JUICE

REVIEW BY REUBEN HODGKINS
MASTER TAB The initial scent this juice offers is similar to that of a tobacconist ’ s shop . The scent connotes a range of tobacco scents mixed into one , however this juice does lack the impression of a thick heavy tobacco flavour like many others . Moving forward to the vape experience , the inhale offers little in the way of specific flavours with the exception of a light tobacco similar to an authentic cigarette . On the exhale the flavour slightly thickens and changes from a light tobacco to a much stronger cigar oriented flavour . Alongside the cigar flavour is an extra hint of vanilla and cream making the overall impression of the cigar flavour more convincing . Postvape this juice surprisingly leaves little to no after taste , which in a tobacco flavour is actually very pleasant .
DELIRIUM DRINK The scent of this juice before vaping is comprised of one sole smell ; blackberries . The inhale offers a simple profile , being predominantly a cool blackcurrant flavour . With little in the way of tells to how this juice will taste , you may be shocked to hear it is very similar to an alcoholic cocktail . The exhale is where this juice gets interesting . The cool blackcurrant takes a quick turn , turning into something more fizzy and full with a hint of lemon , comparable to lemonade mixed with blackcurrant cordial juice . Along with this is an extra flavour which is mixed so much it becomes hard to define it ’ s particular flavour but it really is an interesting cocktail of juices . Postvape there is little in the way of after taste with only a hint of blackcurrant remaining .
JELLY NUT This well-formulated juice begins its offering from the scent , delivering a smooth peanut butter smell with a hint of natural sweetener from a fruit . From the scent and the name of this juice it becomes clear what particular flavour you may get . Moving on to the inhale , from the get-go there is a smooth peanut butter flavour with an almost creamy texture , however at this point no jelly ( or jam as the Brits would call it ) is obvious . It is the exhale where the jelly flavour starts to kick in , slowly increasing in intensity the strawberry jelly flavour intertwines with the smooth peanut creating an impressively tasty juice . The after taste of this juice is almost non-existent with only the sweetness remaining for a short time after .

TOTAL RECOIL

REVIEW BY PEACHES ATKINSON
This UK-produced e-liquid comes in a 3 x 10ml multi pack in nicotine strengths of 3mg , 6mg and 12mg . Upon opening the bottle , a nostalgic and fresh scent met my nose . Blackcurrant menthol was actually the first ever e-liquid flavour I tried . This time , however , I would be using an RDA setup rather than an ego / CE4 setup , and I would also be using a higher VG percentage e-liquid . I had an inkling that it was going to be so much better than before so I dripped some liquid on my cotton , in sheer anticipation . First came a subtly sweet yet juicy blackcurrant that made my mouth water . I didn ’ t think it tasted like authentic blackcurrants , however it did come across as candylike , I think this is what the juice manufacturers were after anyway . I enjoyed the deep sweetness to the blackcurrant , it carried well and was not too overpowering in terms of flavour . As I began to exhale a slightly minty menthol hit the back of my throat , allowing a wave of coolness to rush around my mouth . It certainly felt cold and would be an ideal vape for vapers who like the iciness found in this juice . However , the menthol , for me , was a tiny bit harsh , but that is because I am no longer used to vaping menthol flavoured e-liquids , that is not to say it will be harsh for everyone . Vaping on ‘ Tuned-Up ’ gave impressive clouds , as the PG / VG was 30 / 70 . Overall , I found that this juice took me way back to when I started vaping , and that in itself was a rewarding experience . As a juice , it ticked all the boxes , just the right amount of menthol mixed with a copious yet not too potent sweet blackcurrant .
