In the first week of Spring, the Vapouround Bus visited
Leicester for the second time. This time we came to the
city centre and we had a great day out.
With so many locals intrigued about our colourful Vapouround
bus, we had a range of visitors interested in what the bus was
all about.
From bus drivers, mothers and fathers, to university students
and shoppers, a lot of people in Leicester were thoroughly
i m p r e s s e d w i t h t h e b u s a n d i t s a m a z i n g d é c o r.
Sanjay, a bus driver, said: “I noticed the bus when I was driving.
You couldn’t miss it especially with its size and colourful design.”
Sanjay was one of the many vapers who visited the bus and like
many vapers, he is a former smoker.
I was a smoker for 20 years and I began to have
trouble breathing. I didn’t like the stench of the
smoke or the stains it was leaving behind on
my teeth. Now, I’ve been vaping for two years
and I love it! It’s really helped me to quit
smoking for life.
Other smokers who have heard about vaping but never tried
it were eager to participate in trading their cigarettes for a free
starter kit. We had so many visitors on board that were ready to
quit smoking with vaping that by the end of the day, we ran out of
starter kits and goody bags.
Peter Jordan, a smoker and vaper, wanted help deciding which
would be the best vaping products for him.
