Vapouround meets Dwane Morrison, CEO of Liquid EFX
Hi Dwane, thank you for your
time! Tell us a little about yourself.
I was born and raised in
Southern California. I still live in
So Cal close to the Liquid EFX
headquarters. My wife of 11 years
also works for Liquid EFX and we
have two children, a 6 year old
boy and 4 year old girl.
How did you get into vaping?
It was a combination of two things;
I am seasoned in the chemical blending
industry and have created several
popular animal health care products.
Most of our products contained
propylene glycol and this drew my
attention to the industry. Also, both of
my grandmothers passed away from
lung cancer from smoking cigarettes.
I took it upon myself to research the
benefits of vaping versus smoking and I
was compelled to share this alternative
with as big an audience I could find.
What is the ethos behind Liquid EFX?
We aim to supply the highest quality
e-liquid in the industry, set trends and
provide incredible customer service
to every shop owner, consumer and
distributor. We want Liquid EFX to
be a trusted and established name
in the industry.

We hear you’re scheduled for an
exciting European tour. Can you
tell us more about that please?
How did it come about? Which
stops will you be making? Which
is the place you’re most looking
forward to visiting?
It’s really exciting! We are bringing
some of the top vape tricksters from
the U.S. and hitting 7 major cities over
the course of 12 days. We’re hosting
trick competitions and exhibitions at
popular vape shops. We are working in
collaboration with another U.S. based
company, Five Star Juice. Together, we
are launching a new flavour line this
tour called Liquid Stars (which is Liquid
EFX meets Five Star). It’s impossible
to pick one stop – I’m looking forward
to the entire thing! The tour starts
August 10th in Dublin and we’ll make
our way to Belfast, Glasgow, Edinburgh,
Manchester, Birmingham, and finish up
in London.

How long does it take to create
a Liquid EFX e-liquid?
About 3 to 4 months and literally
dozens if not 100 plus variations in the
same flavour so we get it exactly right.
We then like to beta test it with shops
and distribution chain networks to
ensure we have a winner.
Once shops,
distributors and
consumers purchase
our juice, they come
back - not just for the
juice alone, but because
we follow up, genuinely
care and truly believe
that vaping creates
community.
