I was born in San Fernando Valley California. My family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada shortly
following the San Fernando Earthquake of 1971. Upon arrival my father EDDIE MAZZOLA,
a jeweler by trade, became acquainted with Tony (THE ANT) Spilotro, who had recently
relocated from Chicago and the two quickly became close friends. Not much later dad also
met Herbie Blitzstein; FAT HERBIE was his nickname.
