for Heroes at Awards Cermony

support Help for Heroes by
donating 50% of proceeds
from the charity auction at the first
ever Vapouround Awards, NEC
Birmingham on 4 May 2016.
The awards came about as
Vapouround recognised there was no
official awards ceremony recognising
the stellar effort of standout members
from the vaping community.
Vapouround will be donating 100%
of proceeds from the charity auction,
with the remaining 50% going to the
Nora’s Dream charitable trust.
You may have heard about Help for
Heroes, who offer comprehensive
support to those who have suffered
life-changing injuries and illnesses in
the line of duty.
This is provided through grants
to individuals, other charities and
organisations, capital build projects
and four Recovery Centres across
the UK which offer support for life.
The money raised by the hugely
generous public has been used to

Help for Heroes believes any
Serviceman or woman who suffers
life-changing injury in the line of duty
deserves the very best support.
All the funds raised by Help for
Heroes have been either allocated
or spent on delivering direct,
practical support to the wounded,
injured and sick.
Help for Heroes has funded a variety
of projects including a new £3.5m
treatment centre for Combat Stress,
adaptive adventure training through
the Battle Back programme and the
creation of a £6m Quick Reaction
Fund to support individuals in need.
Help for Heroes is also leading on the
delivery of four Recovery Centres, in
Catterick, Colchester, Plymouth and
Tidworth to provide on-going training
and support for the wounded after
rehabilitation.
Help for Heroes is working in
partnership with the MOD and The
Royal British Legion, to deliver the
Defence Recovery Capability (DRC)
– a comprehensive pathway to help
wounded, injured and sick personnel
launch back into the next phase
of their lives.
