National Motorcycle Museum

With more than 100 motorcycles on display, the world’s
largest motorcycle museum attracts 250,000 visitors
each year. The museum aims to preserve a cross-
section of ‘60 Glorious Years’ of British manufacturing,
from ABC to Zenith and major manufacturers such
as Triumph.
Tolkien Trail
Across the city
Tolkien lived in nine homes in the south of Birmingham
during his formative years and continued to refer to
the city as his home throughout his life. The trail takes
you to where he lived and many of the locations that
would inspire his writing.
Balti Triangle
Ladypool Road, Stoney Lane and
Stratford Road
The Balti Triangle boasts what is believed to be the
largest concentration of Balti restaurants in the city in
which the dish was created. As for which restaurant
is the best, the debate is as fiery as the dish itself.

The Jekyll and Hyde

This truly unique Victorian bar is home to more than
100 of the world’s finest gins as well as a collection
of cocktails crafted by the talented in-house team.
The bar also offers cocktail masterclasses and gin
history lessons, but you will need to book ahead to
take advantage of these.
