Air factory describe Nilla Craze as a combination of custard and
creams. This is a staple among dessert profi les, so is it worth
checking out? The top note here is of brown sugar or caramel. It’s
sweet and slightly sticky but does not dominate the blend by any
means. This is supported by a moderate custard layer, with noticeable
egg, vanilla and dairy notes. This packs some serious volume and
coats the palate, without becoming overly sweet. There are hints of
a more authentic dairy cream but they work mainly to accent the
custard notes, which make up the majority of the blend. A simple but
competent custard that many will enjoy. Easily all day vape material. Wild green is described as a blend of green apples and taffy candy.
The dominant note here is a potent green apple candy. It’s moderately
sweet, with substantial tartness that gives way to a pleasant juicy
mouthfeel. This is complemented by a more reserved taffy candy
note which boosts both the tartness and sweetness of the apple,
whilst adding a sticky candy texture of its own. I was initially
concerned that this profi le would be too one dimensional but the
taffy candy does keep things interesting and the main apple note is
startlingly accurate to sour candy. For fans of cold vapes, there’s also
Crisp Green, which adds a moderate helping of menthol to the profi le,
which makes it a touch lighter.

Tropic is described as a blend of kiwi and strawberry. This is a classic
pairing of fruits and Air Factory have done well to balance them.
Surprisingly, I found kiwi to be the more prominent flavour here. It has
the tartness and sweetness of candy kiwi but also carries the slight
vegetal notes and juicy texture of the real fruit, which is unique. A
moderately strong candy strawberry complements these notes well,
providing further sweetness and body, without detracting from the
kiwi. For fans of cold vapes, Tropic Freeze takes this profi le and adds
a moderate helping of menthol. Every brand that offers a blue raspberry flavour seems to have an
entirely different take on the profi le and Air Factory is no exception.
The top note here is a moderately sweet candy raspberry, with
a nice helping of tartness on the fi nish and a sticky body. This is
complemented by what seems to be candy blueberry, which is
bringing some floral notes to the mix, along with a deeper sweetness
and mild earthiness to the fi nish. There’s something else in the blend
which is adding tartness, but it’s quite subtle and hard to identify, it
could be a sour candy additive but there’s no way to be sure. A well-
rounded blue raspberry mix.
Z Fuel - 01’OG Z Fuel - 03’Citron Freeze
Zap!’s caffeinated Z Fuel range takes inspiration from popular energy
drinks. And if you’ve ever enjoyed a certain green energy drink, you’ll
immediately know what this one is emulating. I’m not quite sure how
Zap! have done it, but OG perfectly replicates the flavour. This is bold,
fruity and sweet. It is a mixed candy fruit profi le, so those looking for
a more natural fruit will be best served by other Zap! offerings, but if
you’ve ever had the urge to vape your favourite energy drink, OG is the
frontrunner by a country mile. The intense Citron Freeze is one of the most bright and bold lemon
profi les I’ve ever tried. The sweetness and sticky mouthfeel are
backed up by a satisfying combination of bitterness and tartness
that truly brings the profi le to life. The intensity of the flavour may
be off-putting for some, but those who like a blend that incorporates
both lemonade and natural lemon zest will enjoy it greatly. The mix is
fi nished with a mild dose of coolant, making for a light and moreish
vape.
