Vienna Cream Vanilla Tahity

Another of Flavour Art’s many cream/vanilla offerings. In my view,
this is best suited to advanced mixers, since it’s a dominant flavour
that can quickly unbalance a profi le if not used with enough caution.
Vienna Cream has a potent confectionary vanilla top note, with a light
milky base and the slightest hint of a more substantial butter. Vienna
Cream does have a slight sharpness when initially mixed but this
subsides within 24 hours of steeping. This flavouring certainly has its
place in sweetening bakery mixes and adding complexity to creams
but it must be used sparingly. Flavour Art offer a huge range of vanilla concentrates, so it can be
tricky to fi nd the right one for your mix. Vanilla Tahity is quite complex
and is neither a dark spiced vanilla nor a bright confectionary iteration.
Instead, it’s a mix of the two and brings a slight nuttiness to mixes,
along with a malted dark sweetness and substantial volume to the
body of recipes. Due to its complexity, Vanilla Tahity can be used by
novice mixers in single flavour e-liquids but I think this is a tool better
used as a layer to increase the depth of bakery and cereal profi les. A
unique vanilla.
Irish Cream Bavarian Cream

Are you a fan of a certain whiskey and cream liqueur? FA’s Irish Cream
emulates it perfectly. This concentrate brings a mild whiskey top note
to any mix, enough to notice but not so much that it dominates the
profi le or becomes astringent. This is supported by a luxurious cream
with moderate sweetness and a mild vanilla note. This can be used in
single flavour mixes and works well in that application but it can also
add complexity to bakery or coffee profi les if you want to be more
adventurous. A fantastic flavouring that’s ideal for autumn/winter
seasonal mixes. A more recent addition to Flavour Art’s cream line up. Bavarian Cream
is decidedly darker than other cream offerings, bringing a slight
caramelised sugar note to any mix, along with some light spiced
notes. It also has a mild creamy body but I would not consider it the
foundation to the creaminess in a mix. This concentrate is best used
to augment the other creams and add complexity, rather than being
a starting point. When paired with FA’s Vanilla Ice Cream and Custard
Premium, the darker notes make for a convincing malted milkshake.
Something for the advanced mixers.
Fresh Cream

A Flavour Art classic. Any mixer worth their salt should have this
in their collection. FA Fresh Cream is likely the most authentic on
the market and it is used in countless commercial e-liquids. This
flavouring brings an accurate dairy base to any mix, without adding
much in the way of sweetness. This makes it extremely versatile
and allows you to experiment with a multitude of other flavourings,
without muting the recipe. You can pair Fresh Cream with virtually
any FA fruit offering and vanilla for a simple but satisfying profi le. The
possibilities really are endless with this one.
